By using the Site and Offerings, you consent to the automatic installation of software updates, and you agree to install any updates promptly upon notice.

We may also provide bug fixes, feature enhancements, or additional services through software updates, and these updates will be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The content, software, and materials available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and designs, are the property of VINNumber.ca or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws.

You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights to the Site or any part of it. By using the Site, you do not acquire any rights to the proprietary content, and you agree to respect all applicable intellectual property rights.

You are granted a limited license to access and view the content of the Site for personal use, but you do not have the right to reproduce, redistribute, or modify any proprietary material from the Site without express permission from VINNumber.ca.

By using the Site, you consent to receive communications from VINNumber.ca via email, notices, or other communication channels. • Pay all applicable fees in a timely manner.

VINNumber.ca may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Offerings at its sole discretion if:

• You breach any provision of this Agreement.
• You engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or disruptive activity.
• Your account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Site.

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your Account or any content associated with it. You are still responsible for any outstanding obligations or payments that remain due.

The Site and Offerings are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and VINNumber.ca makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding the Site, Offerings, or content.

VINNumber.ca does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the VIN reports or any other information provided through the Offerings. You use the Site and Offerings at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VINNumber.ca’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant Offerings within the last six (6) months.

We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or Offerings.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VINNumber.ca, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of the Site and Offerings.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

This indemnity will survive the termination of this Agreement.

VINNumber.ca reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top of the page will reflect the updated version. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

(a) Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of VINNumber.ca.

(c) Force Majeure
